eSIMporto.com is an online platform that sells eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as a reseller of eSIM plans provided by our network partners. Upon successful payment, you will receive a QR code by email to activate your eSIM on a compatible device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By placing an order, you confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked, and that the eSIM plan you are purchasing is available and suitable for your intended destination.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. eSIM Delivery and Activation

After payment, your eSIM QR code will be delivered to the email address you provided. Delivery is typically instant, though it may take up to 30 minutes in some cases. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing.
• Following the activation instructions included with your QR code.
• Activating your eSIM within the validity window stated on your plan.
• Keeping the QR code secure — it can only be scanned once.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

6. Data and Network Coverage

Network coverage and speeds depend on the local carrier infrastructure in your destination country. We cannot guarantee minimum speeds, uninterrupted service, or coverage in all areas, particularly in rural or remote locations. Coverage maps are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time network availability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer eSIM plans to third parties without authorisation.
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate local telecommunications laws.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions or protections on the service.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eSIMporto.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of connectivity, data, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

All content on eSIMporto.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of eSIMporto.com and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
